The last show I booked was Delicate Steve with Gypsy Wig as the opener. It was time, however, for Gypsy Wig to headline given their transformation from a trio with only drums, bass, and guitar into a six piece fun machine with the addition of another guitar, a sax, and keys. They’ll be supported by a good friend and one of the primary songwriters of Indian Princess, Michael Klics, who will be unveiling his new project Able Hands. From what I heard so far, Able Hands is mature folk-pop with strong lyrics and smooth rhythms. There is a chance we add an opener, but this show as it is is solid and I’m stoked on it.
